Whenever the word motivation came into the spotlight, then it can be achieved from everywhere, most often a depressed person at that time starts giving motivation dialogues, some starts Googling how to stay motivated, some searches down motivation videos over YouTube. In the 21st century, you can find a solution to every problem on the fast-growing developing internet. But the question is after getting such types of motivation or solutions for how much days are we motivated! Hardly the day we saw a video or listened to the wonderful words of motivation and again come back on the same track of demotivation, has laziness come into the action. So the big question is how to stay motivated for a long period and remove laziness. If these things happened to you, then follow these simple steps to stay motivated.

Steps to stay motivated and workout when laziness hits you-

  • No outside motivation can motivate you until you yourself aren’t prepared for motivation. So first prepare yourself.
  • Today lots of unconditional things happening in our daily lives at a time but here a simple question; can we stop the situation or stop the people? The answer will be no because we can’t control them. Here outside the body is war there and from inside we are also filled with outraged. But the matter is the war inside the body is controllable and if we are motivated from inside then we can conquer any situation. So stay motivated from inside the body.
  • Believe in yourself that yes, you can do it.
  • Don’t set big goals for a workout. Means on the first day don’t set a target to do 50 push-ups. Start with a daily routine basis like first day 10 and increasing 3-4 each day.
  • Music is one of the best heal in mankind history for mind stress and laziness. Listen to some tracks of your choice during workouts.
  • Make some partners in workout sessions. If you make a partner then you can share some things when you feel tired. It will also give you motivation not to bunk the workout session.
  • And lastly, never try to do overdose anything just keep the thirst to do the same workout next day.
